the kick ass cake bash

my first reaction to the introduction of the broke ass cake collection by fantasy frostings and the broke ass bride was YUM! then right after it was followed up with, "so when's the party?"
so glad that the broke-ass bride and fantasy frostings decided to hold a launch party for their broke-ass cake collection. because it was seriously awesome. with a super cool venue like royal-t cafe and armed with top notch event planner, beth helmstetter, the kick ass cake bash was rather flawless with some damn good looking people and the star of the party being the cakes themselves.
i literally stood at the dessert bar for 10 minutes picking out what i wanted to try because they all looked so very delicious. a pretty neat aspect of the night was that leslie of fantasy frostings asked some of her favorite gorgeous ladies from tv's the bachelorette to design inspiration boards of their ideal cakes and leslie, with her magic touch, created some serious cake beauties.
with the ever so amazing dj, the flashdance, screen printed tshirts from Family Industries printed right in front of you, a super fun photo booth by Oh Snap Studios, Pinkberry as guests left, and awesome photogs holly from cakes and kisses and shannon from shannon lee images, and many more special contributors, the kick ass cake bash was seriously an amazing start for the broke-ass cake collection.
major congrats to dana and hunter of broke-ass bride and leslie and earl of fantasy frostings!
can't wait to see what comes their way!
to see more images please head on over to cakes and kisses' blog or shannon lee images' blog.
